Are you a local agent or a direct supplier?
We are the official UAE branch of a Korean manufacturer that directly operates its own production
facilities.
We do not rely on external sales agents or intermediaries.
This allows us to supply and install products directly, ensuring the most efficient pricing and seamless

Do you only supply products, or do you also handle installation?
We provide a complete one-stop service — from manufacturing and supply to on-site installation.
Our local team ensures that every project is managed directly by the brand’s own technical office in the
UAE.
How long does the installation process take?
For manual flood barriers, installation time depends on the site scale and conditions.
Typically, the entire process from order confirmation to manufacturing and final installation takes a
minimum of 2 weeks, and usually within 4 weeks.
Why does your price seem higher than some other suppliers?
Our pricing includes the full service package: product supply, on-site installation, testing, and
inspection.
While it may appear higher than sellers offering only components, our total project cost is highly
competitive when compared to other full-service solutions in the market
What kind of warranty and after-service do you provide?
We are the only company worldwide offering a 5-year warranty on flood-barrier systems.
As we operate a permanent UAE branch, we provide full after-sales support and maintenance at any time
after installation.
What maintenance process is required?
· Since rainy seasons are predictable, we recommend regular annual testing.
· Biannual testing is strongly recommended for long-term reliability.
· Our earliest Korean installations have been in operation for over six years without issues,
demonstrating system durability.
Is a site visit required before proceeding?
We highly recommended a site visit as installations vary by location, and it allows us to identify constraints, confirm specifications, and ensure optimal system design and performance.
